Back to Court Again March 7, 2012 Life is a beach, and then you die, is an altitude for dealing with life. Just wanted to let you know on a personal note the nightmare of Children Protection Services and the services that they provide, and it does not appear that it is in the best interest of the minors in question. Specify, in regards to the case, I am referring to is the matter of Court Number INJ21609, who is now 16 years old and fed up with the services of Children Protection Services. When this minor was asked to rate the service that he had received from Children Protection Services since he has been in their care, on a scale of 1-10, #INJ21609, at 16 now, gave Peter Bricarello-8172, a number 2. Get ready for the reason that this agency.
Children Protection Services provides services that get rated so low. Children Protection Services works with hands locked with the court system to keep all minors until they turn 18 years old. There has been done by Peter of the Banning, California location, have done acts that have not been in the best interest of the minors in question, in this case #INJ21609. So far while in their care and protection, minor # INJ21609 was sexually assaulted while, in foster care Julie Lee, the first placement, in a gated community off of Pierson across from a school, Peter the case social worker, told tall tales about that event also. Peter wanted to charge the minor with a rape, instead of having minor moved to kitty jail. Why not, because minor came with his own income, and then all the rest from the parents or the state, which the parents are billed for. So Mr. Godlike social worker Peter created the history for the minor to stay in foster care.
He choose to disregard the reading materials of the foster care home, hate was encourage from programs from the Nazi, their weapons were given to the minors of that household, and this is also in the best interest of the minors housed there, not in my world it is not. Crimes are crimes, why do the social workers get away with so many crimes against the parents and the minors that they steal from the parents. Crimes that nobody in this three ring service will address at all, about the damage created by Children Protection Services and the tall tales that they use to keep minors from their lives, with their families that want to work thought the issues without Children Protection Services and the help to keep minors in their confinements. Next he was sent to live with a distant relative that came out of the woodworks to meet him for the first time, Shastic Brenagh had to pay parking ticket prior to have minor placed with her.
The state and Peter Bricarello- # 8172, of the Riverside County DPSS_CPS/Mid County of 901 E. Ramsey in Banning, California 92220 at 9519227815, and had minor branded for Christmas 2010, with $$$$ in his hair, was this a present or the beginning of more of the nightmare that was created by this state government agency? Who police this government agency? Not the Police. Not the judges or commissars in the court system, they don’t. Who does? Is this American? Land of the free, or land of slaves that get brand with a new slave master, in the agency of Children Protection Services, these are the acts that were committed. Who will help get this minors rights protected, and give the attention to these social workers, and the agencies that they use to house the kids or minors that they remove.
Did you know that Peter wants this minor to stay in the system, and have started to tell the minor that he can get him in college until he is 21 years old? How is that possible that they can tell tall tales to the point that the minors are misled for years? This minor has family that is ready to meet him and embrace him with in the family, and his order and place within this circle. Why has the Godlike creature Peter done the right thing to release this minor back to parents yet? It is all about the money that this minor is worth to this agency, the new foster care agency (the 4th or the 5th used to house this minor. Minor started the ninth grade in Palm Springs High School, while at Julie Lee’s and Shastia Brenagh care; he was able to attend the school that his father had selected for him to go to.
Since he has been in foster care, he has gone to the Coachella Valley School District, and also the Riverside County schools in Moreno, California. This minor wants out of the protection of Children Protection Services, what does he have to do to leave? Go to kitty jail as a runaway. Anybody to house him goes to jail, because the state does not release minors unless something more is done. What? Can you go to bat to see that this minor is released back to his family? In his best interest, he can do what this agency has not been able to do, give him his future back within his family circle. They won’t do that because the money will stop. Catch 22, right? We were back in court for the three agency ring circle; the minor was not present because school was more important than going to court.
Children Protection Services and the ring leader was Honorable Lawrence P. Best-commissioner who was presented the case on March 7, 2012, and the attorneys who work just to keep the minor away from his parents. I do not get it, with the things that this family has gone thought because of the agency, Children Protection Services, how is it possible to have your child remove because of third party conversation that were noted as to be groundless from another state to boot as well. The other thing that I cannot believe that this honorable judge, called a commissioner at this hearing ordered a hair sample, and the mother does not have any hair, the last sample was on a wig that she always wears outside of her house is what we now know as truth. Mother May of this minor (llissa Disilva), pulled her wig off while in court and asked what hair sample. Being a cancer patient and not having any natural hair is no reason not to give a hair sample, according to the ruling of this judge.
Anyway hair or no hair Judge/Commissioner Order a hair test, the funny thing is the mother took her wig off, and the judge said hair sample required is order to proceed to have minor returned to the care, love and compassion for her natural born child, this mother must do what for a hair sample? We can only hope that the circumstancing will be considerate at a later date, and the rules created from the prior hair sample will be tossed out and the minor returned to his life with a loving, living mother who has never had her day in court yet. We need an attorney who to address the crimes and the infractions on this court and the agents that work for the different agents for this court system. Where and when are the human factors going to be considerate, or the parents and their minor going to get the consulting together as a group that is still not order, or noted as a matter for the courts to consider at all.
My sister Maya Maxwell, and also the cousins Janie and Jeanie from the other side of the world, were there also for the need for this family to show an united front, for support her family members that have been caught up in this system that has created histories that were not in the best interest of the children that they had in their care. It was death of one minor, that had a couple of Spanish parents upset, the judge/commissioner would not listen to their petition, and all the other waiting family members that were also waiting to have their issues on their children address, watched as these parents were escorted off the grounds by armed police. The police had the advice to tell them to leave and lay the paper trail down. It makes me wonder who is there to serve, and do basic human rights to be protected by the police as well.
How is it possible that only a part of the time and depending where you are at, the police can be there for your protection and also to serve you? This was not the case today. How can the death of a minor be disregarded by the court system in Indio, California, and the parents are told to leave or go to jail? The minor that we discussed at length needs help to get out of the jails of confinement created by Children Protection Service, what can you do to make sure that the social workers like Peter Bricarello get rewards for the acts against the minors that are wards of the state of California because of the tall tales that he creates to keep the minors in confinement until they are 18 and their families appear dead to them for years.
